We have chef Cate Hardman recently join our team and Cate is dedicated to preparing fresh, seasonal and local produce. Her professional background spans 35 years both in Australia and overseas. From city restaurants to cafes and wineries throughout the country and in her own catering business, her philosophy of food has remained the same, keep if fresh, simple and delicious.
